In addition to my book project, I maintain an active and diverse research agenda. I have published on topics such as canonical space in online Orthodox media, the adaptation of Russian literary classics for the political goals of the Russian Orthodox Church, and video games as a tool for forging geopolitical knowledge.

I have also had the opportunity to publish in a number of popular venues on issues relating to the role of the Russian Orthodox Church in contemporary Russia and how Orthodox media responded to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
